What it does
The Fit Analyzer scores any resume against any nonprofit job description and shows you the gap between them: which required qualifications are clearly evidenced, which are implied but weak, and which are absent. It reads the way a search committee reads — for proof, not promises.
Who it is for
Executives applying for a specific role who want to know, before they hit send, whether their resume actually answers the posting. Also useful for career coaches and search consultants comparing a shortlist of candidates against one JD.
How it works
- Paste the target job description and your current resume.
- The tool scores the match dimension by dimension and flags every requirement your resume doesn't clearly address.
- You get a prioritized list of what to add, cut, or rephrase — plus the exact wording gaps to close.
Sample output
A one-page fit report: an overall match score, a requirement-by-requirement table (Evidenced / Weak / Missing), and a short list of the highest-impact edits to make before you apply. Names and organizations in the sample are anonymized.

You may not need this if you're applying to one role you already fit obviously, or if you'd rather have a coach read your resume line by line. This scores the match; it doesn't rewrite the resume for you.
