What it does
The AI Readiness Assessment scores your organization on the six dimensions that determine whether adopting AI helps or backfires: data practices, staff skills, governance, leadership buy-in, infrastructure, and use-case clarity. It replaces the vague sense that you "should be doing something with AI" with a specific picture of where you stand.
Who it is for
Executive directors and boards deciding how far and how fast to move on AI, who want an objective baseline before committing budget or writing policy. Useful whether you're just starting or already experimenting unevenly across teams.
How it works
- Work through the assessment across all six readiness dimensions.
- You get a score per dimension, an overall readiness band, and your strongest and weakest areas identified.
- The report recommends specific next steps and the resources that fit where you actually are — not a generic roadmap.

You may not need this if you've recently done a structured AI readiness review, or if you already know your gaps and just need to start closing them — in which case the AI Implementation Roadmap is the better next step. This tells you where you stand; it doesn't do the implementation.

The Six-Dimension AI Readiness Model this assessment scores against is already documented.
