Grant-Narrative Drafter

Turn your program facts into a first-draft grant narrative — in your organization's voice.

Available October 2026.

This tool is in build. The page below describes exactly what it will do when it opens — it is a description, not a preview. You can ask to be told the day it opens.

What it does

The Grant-Narrative Drafter takes the facts you already have — your program, your outcomes, the funder's priorities — and drafts a grant narrative that reads like your organization wrote it. It gets you past the blank page without inventing statistics or borrowing someone else's voice.

Who it is for

Development staff and executive directors who write grants without a dedicated grant writer, and who lose hours to the first draft. Built for people who know their program cold but dread turning it into funder-ready prose.

How it works

  1. Enter your program details, outcomes, and the funder's stated priorities.
  2. The drafter produces a structured narrative — need, approach, outcomes, capacity — in a voice you set.
  3. You revise, verify every figure against your own records, and submit. The facts stay yours; nothing is fabricated.

Sample output

A full narrative draft organized by the sections most funders expect: statement of need, program approach, expected outcomes, and organizational capacity. The sample uses a fictional program and no invented data.

Pricing

This tool is not for sale yet. Pricing will be announced when it opens in October 2026 — ask to be told and you will hear it first.

You may not need this if...

You may not need this if you have a grant writer who already produces strong first drafts, or if your proposals are short letters of inquiry you can write faster by hand. This drafts the narrative; it doesn't manage the submission or guarantee the facts — that verification is always yours.

In the meantime

Until the drafter opens, the AI Prompt Library — Grant Writing (CSG-A04) and the Grant-Writing-with-AI Workflow (CSG-A13) do the same job manually: tested prompts and a process that keeps the facts real and the voice yours. Grant Proposal & LOI Templates (CSG-N16) covers the structure funders expect.

Available October 2026.
