How long have you been with Charity Search Group?

I started working with Charity Search Group in November of 2022.

What is your favorite part about working at Charity Search Group?

I would have to say that being able to collaborate with such talented colleagues to help wonderful people and organizations through our recruitment efforts is what makes the work extremely fulfilling.

What does your job entail?

My main duties involve matching clients with the right candidates and providing support to Senior Search Consultants.

What do you think makes Charity Search Group unique?

The people. Each employee at Charity Search Group brings a different talent or strength to the table. There is always something new to learn from this dedicated team.

What’s one thing people don’t know about you that they would be surprised to find out?

I played soccer for many years and could be quite competitive at times.

How have you been involved in the nonprofit sector in the past?

Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to work with international partners and clients, including non-profit organizations in New York City. My role involved collaborating on various initiatives and programs to improve organizational efficiencies.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love spending time with my family, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.

What causes are you passionate about?

I am passionate about mental health and having equal opportunities for everyone.

What is the best career lesson you’ve learned so far?

An important lesson for me so far has been recognizing the importance of supporting others and lifting people up and being able to learn from others who have more experience.

What three words would you use to describe yourself?

Intuitive, Empathetic, Perceptive
