Meet Pascale!
Pascale is a talent acquisition professional with a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Leadership, and 15 years’ experience in human resources operations and talent recruitment. She has served on the Board of Directors for Dress for Success Tampa Bay chairing the organization’s Communications and Marketing Committee which directly supports fundraising and volunteer talent recruitment activities. As a volunteer, Pascale provides job-readiness coaching to women and offers mindset mentorship to empower and foster self-confidence in those she supports.
As Vice President, Talent Strategy at CSG, Pascale leads nonprofit boards through executive recruitment, leveraging her expertise to develop tailored talent acquisition strategies to fill senior leadership positions. Her broad industry scope ensures effective placement and growth of talent across diverse roles. Nonprofit boards and hiring managers rely on Pascale to build strong teams through strategic, mission-focused support. Additionally, Pascale mentors CSG staff, providing resources and guidance to ensure seamless and collaborative recruitment efforts. Her goal is to deliver exceptional service that helps organizations identify, attract, hire, and retain talented, mission-minded employees.

- You’ll receive a brief intake form to share your key questions in advance
- After the call, you’ll get a brief recap with high-level recommendations and relevant tools or templates if applicable
