Salary: $80,000 – $90,000

Cybercrime Support Network (CSN) is a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to serve individuals and small businesses impacted by cybercrime. We envision a society where everyone has the knowledge, skills and resources needed to recognize and defend against cybercrime.
CSN is building an organization filled with people on a mission to make a difference. CSN fosters collaboration, develops resources, and provides training while working within the law enforcement and consumer protection ecosystems, to ensure those affected by cybercrime are empowered to recognize, report, and recover from scams and online fraud.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, and working closely with marketing, the hands-on and results-oriented Corporate Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for growing revenues by developing a robust sponsorship and corporate partnerships pipeline.
With a proven track record of fundraising in a mission-based organization, you will identify fundraising opportunities, develop relationships with potential donors, and build corporate partnerships. You believe in CSN’s mission and will demonstrate an exceptional drive to further our existing fundraising efforts and help strategize and deliver new ones.

Responsibilities
- Execute all stages of the fundraising/sponsorship cycle, including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to advance CSN’s fundraising goals and help reach revenue targets and sustainable growth
- Develop strategies for new partner generation, ensuring brand awareness/mission alignment
- Developing and executing annual plans for achieving revenue targets
- Collaborate with CSN leadership to develop captivating presentations, proposals, and compelling activation opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement through outcome measurement and tracking
- Demonstrating excellence in managing key accounts under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, ensuring that the objectives of both the organization and the sponsor/corporate partners are aligned
- Continuously researching market data/information and seizing opportunities
- Provide support and reporting for quarterly board meetings

Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications in communications, business, public relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorships, fundraising, and revenue generation for a mission-based organization; a deep understanding of the corporate sponsorships landscape
- Proven track record of identifying and cultivating partnerships with national corporations/foundations and securing sponsorships
- The ability to develop and execute long-term plans based on strong business practices and a deep understanding of industry trends, while prioritizing objectives to leverage short-term opportunities
- Ability to build partnerships and navigate multi-stakeholder relationships
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, including strong presentation and public speaking skills
- A self-starter who is passionately driven to exceed expectations/targets
- Experience developing reports, proposals, and other communications
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce
- An understanding of online fraud and scams, or willingness and interest to learn
